How do post pics in my thread/reply?

First off I'm not that computer savvy to begin with. I see people on this board all the time posting pics in a reply to a post and I am wondering what I need to do to make this happen. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

    go to another site. (i use photbucket)
    set up an account. (they're free)
    upload your pictures.
    copy the image code (IMG)
    paste the IMG code in the text box here on the forum
    and...BOOM!
