    Did anyone forget this is not the only means of getting tickets? Don't worry so hard!

    There's the public sale, then trying to snag the other half of a 10c pair, and then just showing up at the venue day of with some 20s and buying a scalped ticket... I've done all 3, I've never had to sit home from a show I wanted to go to. ;)

    I got a "scalped" ticket last year to EV DC 2 for $80. Or a $100, I don't remember.

    My Baltimore 1 is still showing, while my dad's is no longer there. Hopefully there's some meaning one way or the other so that we can get at least 2 tickets. 8-)

    i was on ticketmaster with 2 computers last solo tour..it immediately sold out and i had to use a scalping service..
    maybe i did it wrong but i had no chance with TM

    Should have tried the boards or ebay first... don't pay hundreds for those scalping services!!! :x

    No it doesn't, I don't have a laptop either. I'm cool. If I don't know anything before I leave work at 5pm EST, I'll know when I get home around 7pm.

    I'll be thrilled if I win, and if I don't, somehow I'll still continue on living. :P

    That's true and workable for most single 10c members... but not for the married couple. :p

    Can't risk going to another state not knowing for sure we could get in...years ago, I might have. :)

    But I agree with you that there are other ways for others to try after this lottery system.

    uniondale 2003....$83 for a pair!
    ya know what tho? i'll take $168 for a pair of concert tix, but what i'd REALLY like is for my property taxes to get cut in half, ya know...the price they were when we bought our house 12 years ago! :P THAT would have far more impact on my life. :mrgreen: i only wish our income went up at the same rate as concert tix, property tax, groceries, etc..... ;)
