I have made up my mind, if I don't win the lottery, it simply was not meant to be for me to go to Memphis to see EV. I'm reluctantly going to live with that.

That doesnt mean anything really - just that the temp hold expired. Some CCs only allow holds for 48 hours I believe.

Thanks for the positive thoughts. It's been on their everyday since I ordered them about 1/2 hour after the email went out,LOL. It sure would make a soon to be "old" woman very happy if that is the case. At my age, I don't think I can deal with Ticketbastard anymore!

I vowed to NOT try for tix through ticketmaster if i don't win the lotto. it means i'm not "meant" to go, and lord knows i can save the money. i did just see EV last summer, so .... i figure it can be one more pj show when they go on tour ... but man ... it's going to be painful to keep that vow .. i know it ... so i'm keeping fingers crossed ... here's hoping good luck all.

See for me, I didn't see Eddie last summer, and haven't seen PJ since 2006, so as poor as I am, I am really hoping I win the lottery. I also have a backup buddy - pearljim who is in the lottery too and we'll go together. But again, if neither of us win the lottery, I'm SOL and, I'll just fucking deal with it. I do have bills to pay.

Didn't see EV last summer -I got shut out here, But a really nice 10cer sold me her extra tickets for PJ in DC last summer so I was really lucky that I got to see the band. I just was hoping it was good Karma for me since he's laying( ha ,ha Freudian typo or wish), meant playing on my 50th birthday within 200 miles. Guess maybe I just got bit in the arse this time, LOL. Already had a good cry. Ticketbastard seems like a long shot since those damn groups buy up whole sets and charge scalper charges which I refuse to pay. Good luck to you and your friends. It sounds like you're covered for at least one show. Enjoy and raise a glass for me.

Didn't see EV last summer -I got shut out here, But a really nice 10cer sold me her extra tickets for PJ in DC last summer so I was really lucky that I got to see the band.
