No kama'aina discount?

I was just wondering why they would have to post this? When other entertainment acts come to Hawaii, do locals tend to get a discount. I am curious about this, so if you know more, please post. Thanks.

    i doubt they would want to piss off boom. he would eat the entire 10c staff for lunch. literally.

    They did say that they will have a "locals only" sale at certain locations.
