    no crowe has a rounder face. they are similar looking but definetly not identical.

    I saw the add for State of Play on tv this morning and was amazed how much Crowe looked like Ed . . . it's eerie :shock:

    Agreed. I am sooo sick of seeing these threads about Crowe resembling Vedder. I just don't see it.

    I thought the same thing. I never thought Crowe looked like Ed in the past, but when I saw the trailer for this new movie, I was like holy shit, they look so much alike. Granted Crowe looks about 50 lbs heavier than Ed, but close nonetheless. I don't see how people don't think they resemble each other. Maybe they need to go to the optometrist. I always thought Jeff in the early years looked like the Geico Caveman, but people may say I need to see an optometrist :D

    my exact thoughts in the new movie RC has out, with his hair the same length as Ed they favor soooo much

    Yes, seeing the previews for Crowe's new movie sealed the deal for me. In fact, when it first came on, before I realized it was a movie preview, my initial reaction was, "hey, it's Ed."

    Russell Crowe and Eddie Vedder most definitely have a resemblance and anyone who doesn't see it needs a head examination.

    Who cares about the height difference? That is meaningless. They still look alike if you look at their faces.

    they both have very "rounded" features, they do favor regardless of the height or sound of RC's band, RC is hot (ala Gladiator) and of course we can all agree Ed is SUPER HOT!!
