What would you guys say are the 5 hardest to find/most valuable Pearl Jam-related LP's (signed stuff not included) out there?

What if you have all of them? The whole is greater than the sum of the parts?

When it looked like vinyl was going to die a quick death in the mid to late 90's, I started buying vinyl, but keeping them sealed. If I could afford it, I would also buy a play copy, and/or a CD as well. With PJ, I have play copies, but I think the whole catalog in mint, sealed condition. The reissues, however many there might be, just make things more expensive for me......

    That includes:
    Ten
    Ten (Original UK Picture Disc)
    Vs.
    Vitalogy
    No Code
Spin The Black Circle/Live At Soldier Field
    Live On Two Legs
    Yield
    Binaural
    Light Years
    Riot Act
    Lost Dogs
    Live At Benaroya Hall
    Rearviewmirror
    Pearl Jam
    Ten (Picture Disc, Brazil reissue)
    Ten (Super Deluxe Collector's Edition)
    Into the Wild
    Mirrorball

I would have to agree and say that is the rarest and most expensive.

    2. 1991 Xmas single (1,500 pressed)
    3. Benaroya Hall (2,000 pressed)
    4. Soldiers Field 1995 (not sure how many but they seem to be on ebay a lot)
    5. Binaural

Supposedly there are 700 soldier field Lps, 500 were given out by the radio station as a give away, the rest were given out to employees and advertisers of the station.

Ah true. I left out ITW because I thought the OP was just talking Pearl Jam vinyl. You are correct that ITW is more rare than Binaural.

You know I wonder if bootleg copies on the '91 single have been made. I bought 1 on eBay a couple of years back, and I see it on there ALL the time.

Anyone know if there is any proof of that one being faked?

Soldier field was authorized by the band for release, so its not technically considered a bootleg.

Live on 2 Legs has to be rarer than NC or Yield. I'd keep your top 3 true though.

It's not really a PJ album but the Singles soundtrack on vinyl is pretty rare I think. I love listening to that every once in a while.

I just landed a 1991 X-mas single that has never been played...I'm still trying to get my hands on Into the Wild and Live on Two Legs on Vinyl. I also just got Binaural at a very reasonable price. :D

got another question that I've been meaning to ask you vinyl junkies: does the no code gatefold lp fold open just like the cd version?? (meaning do both sides of the gatefold flip up to reveal the whole picture?) or...........is it just a regular gatefold like any other lp?
    thanks!

Yes, the No Code vinyl opens fully just like the CD to reveal the triangle. It also includes 9 full size polaroids. Pretty much identical to the CD only bigger and more beautiful. The nicest PJ vinyl record packaging in my opinion.

wow. at first I couldn't immagine it being like that. like the record being inside and it fliping up with all that weight. good to know it's just like the cd. I agree with you on the beautiful packaging. in addition to great underrated songs it's one of the reasons why people probably hold it in such high regard. now, the polaroids being full size is cool, but it probably doesn't do them justice - as the cd version feels and looks like exact replicas! if I ever get some spare money I'll have to snatch the lp up though. cheers

I saw that last Soldier Field on ebay anyone know how much it went for? For the record it Soldier with no "S". Just like you don't say the "S" in Illinois. Sorry, being from there it drives me batty.
Anyway, I have been collecting vinyl since Ten came out and the only vinyl I have is PJ vinyl. Are you supposed to keep them shrink wrapped or not. I have heard both. Any thoughts?
