Just watched Ten Revisited on VH1 classic and there are a lot of shots of him doing the crazy eyes- when did that stop??

    Not sure exactly but my guess would be around Vitalogy, No code days. Still remember a show in 93 or so where he did this.

    If you mean that intense eyes rolled back in his head look, he still has it sometimes, depending on what he's singing. I was close enough last tour a couple of times to see.

    I noticed this too on the Ten Revisted special...I almost forgot all about the crazy eyes of the 90's. I think back then he might have been a little bit nervous with the whole fame thing but now he is much more comfortable and thus less crazy eyes. He always looked nervous in those early tv interviews.

    I remember a lot of the old-timers were freaked out when Vedder rolled back his eyes when he sang at the Dylan 30th Anniversary Concert. I thought that was cool. That's a great concert to have on CD.

    Forget about Ed, check out McCready in that pinkpop video. He is lucky to still be alive. I know he has admitted struggling with addictions and illness but has he ever publicly opened up and detailed what he went through back in his drug days?

    Man, this thread is very funny. I came upon this when I was googling 'eddie vedder crazy eyes'. I thought this was a big phenomenon but surprisingly to me, there is not much stuff in internet about this.
