    I joined in late 93 after seeing PJ in San Diego and Las Vegas. I was blown away by the SD concert and scrambled to get tickets to LV. I joined mainly to get news as there was no internet and just to support the band. We're 85,xxx and have been in the front row once, in Winnipeg, and I got a pic from Ed. I always pay a year in advance. I feel so sorry hearing stories of people that have let theirs lapse. I also paid/gave many gifts for memberships for our nieces and others for several years and now they are sad they didn't keep up with them. :)

    but i dont give a rats ass.....i go to the shows and have a great time.....

    i dont need to see Jeff and Mikes nose hairs to have a good time at a pearl jam concert.....

    You mean unless they keep the rules! The lottery gave many high # people the chance to have front row in 2008. Also, I personally have never sat in my 10C seats. There are plenty of people on this board who you can buy a ticket from for face value with low #s. Example for me is last year at Columbia I sat 4th row center! Thanks Patrick!

    I've been a fan since the start, but being fairly young then, and Pearl Jam not touring Europe much + g.a. at most concerts in Europe esp. festivals, I didn't see the point in becoming a member of the fanclub. However, I finally signed up four years ago, and I'm really pleased I did. Stood in the Ten Club line for several concerts in 06/07, and love getting Deep magazine and the annual Holiday Single in the mail.
