Can't change my avatar

* The selected file /tmp/tmp_TQrXnx could not be uploaded, because the destination files/members/picture-79973.jpg is not properly configured.
* Failed to upload the picture image; the members directory doesn't exist or is not writable.

What the hell does that mean, my image is within the limits (under 100 x 100 and 30kb)
