Ten Reissue T-shirt Contest - Vote Now!

We asked the members of the Ten Club to come up with designs for a new t-shirt to celebrate the reissue of the Ten CD. We received hundreds of excellent submissions. Please take a moment to vote for your favorite. You may vote for up to 10 designs and voting will be open until March 10th. After March 10th we will take the 10 most popular designs and a winner will be chosen by Pearl Jam and the Ten Club Staff. We will announce the winner on March 24th, the same day that new Ten reissue comes out. The winner will receive a prize of a signed copy of the Ten Deluxe Package ($140 value).

Remixed Ten Tracks Hits Radio Next Week

THE 10C DIGITAL LOUNGE SCENE REPORT

Here is what the 10C Digital Lounge has seen and heard these past couple weeks:

- The 2008 Holiday Single is done! It has NOT shipped yet but it's on it's way to getting manufactured right now and we're hoping to have it in your hands next month. It looks like the next issue of DEEP will ship at the same time. Should be an exciting month!

- Work continues on the next Pearl Jam Studio Album. As you may have read in the press lately, the band is hard at work putting together some solid songs and will hopefully start recording really soon. We've seen a lot of activity outside the Digital Lounge over the past several weeks and can't wait to get our hands on a sneak peek at what the band has in store for us.

    I received a huge shock this morning - I opened my email to find a message from the 10 Club!! Incredible! I think this is the first time in close to a year that one of these things actually made it to my inbox.

    However, I have one criticism about the message:

    Is it just me, or do the bolded portions make it appear that all pre-orders could be signed and that they all get free shipping in the US? Unless I've misunderstood all along, it's just the Super Deluxe toybox that qualifies for those things, right? This could have been worded more clearly.

    By the way Ten Club, if you gave me free shipping on the regular deluxe edition I'd probably hand my money over to you. There's no way I'm paying an additional $7.00 when amazon.com will give me free shipping.

    Yeah, I see what you're saying, but I think they just worded this way on accident. I'm sure only the super deluxe will be signed. AND I still believe that all pre-orders of the Super WILL be signed :mrgreen:

    It's really fucking pathetic that the only way I might ever read an email from the Ten Club is by coming in here to the board and lucking out that it's on the first page. What is the problem with sending emails to paying members, people? I haven't gotten an email update (or order confirmation) from the Ten Club in about a year now (maybe more) and they blame it on my yahoo account (BS).

    Shouldn't announcements and communication be the #1 priority for paying members? I mean, when the tour happens, and tickets go on sale the very next morning (which is always the case), I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT IT without having to SEARCH for it every damn day. Quit focusing on making more merchandise with stickmen on it and figure out how to get emails to the paying members of your fan club. NOW, please.

    Have you checked off the box in your Message Pit profile to receive e-mails fr the 10C? I had never been getting them int he past and I checked that box and now I've received the past 2 e-mails.

    Is it the thing under board preferences that says "Administrators can e-mail me" or something like that? If that's it, then it was on YES. I emailed them about it last summer and they said I should get another email account on gmail or something...that Yahoo users have had trouble getting email. Which is amazing since I can get emails from every other possible thing that I don't really need emails from... they just don't have me on the list or something. I mean I don't even get order confirmations or "your order has shipped" things. I have about 10 filters set up on my Yahoo preferences too to make sure that anything with Pearl Jam or Ten Club or 8 more all get through to my inbox. They just suck.
