How do you change your username?

It seems like this should be easy. And most people have names not numbers. What am I missing?

    Yeah e-mail them. I e-mailed them yesterday and they changed mine! :)

    ok. I have that problem too. I tried to email them. There are several emails to choose from. I picked web master. I wrot the letter. I tried to send it and I had to go through this hoopla about verifiyiing servers and what not. Please help. send me a message through my profile if youd wish cause I think i need step by step instructions. Please and thank you for your help.
