You can only pick ONE!! I know...it's really hard....just try!


Ten = Release (awesome album full of great tunes...but none of them "speak to me" like this one..one of Ed's best IMO)

VS = Indifference (this one was even harder than Ten...but indifference won out in the end..the lyrics mean a lot to me!a very moving song to say the least)

Vitalogy = Immortality (whipping and Satan's bed are 2 of my favorites too but come on...it's Immortality!!)

No Code = In My Tree (No Code is my favorite album so this was very hard..i love ALL the songs on it!...but in the end i had to go with In my Tree...it's the quintessential PJ song IMO)

Yield = Given to Fly (It's almost a 3 way tie between Given to Fly, Faithfull & In Hiding for me..love all 3..But GVN2FLY is another of PJ's best IMO)

Binaural = Sleight Of Hand (Binaural is my 2nd favorite PJ album and Sleight of Hand is my # 1 PJ song..musicaly & lyricaly a masterpiece IMO)


Riot Act = All or None (a lot of people say this album sucks or it's weak and i say BULLSHIT!!..first of all PJ doesn't make weak albums and 2nd, Riot Act has some great tunes on it!! and all or none is as good as it gets..I love this song BIG TIME!!)

Pearl Jam = Army Reserve (a lot of people talk shit about this one too..they say it has no depth..I just think it turned a lot of people off because it was so political and that is the reason i embraced it from the start! An important album for it's time and the boys proved they still give a fuck! replace Parachutes and big wave and it would be up there at the top of the list of albums!)


Lost Dogs = (seeing as this wasn't really an album but a compilation of songs from across the years..i just can't pick one!! so these are my favorite 4) Other Side - Hard to Imagine - Alone - Undone - Hold On - Wash (OK..6 favorites :D )

    Ten = Porch I love the various live versions even more than the album one (McCready solo, anyone?).

    VS = Rearviewmirror Indifference comes in as a very close second here...

    Vitalogy = Better Man Can't find a better song, man...

    No Code = Smile Truly makes me smile every time I hear it...

    Yield = Do The Evolution Woooooo!

    Binaural = Grievance

    Riot Act = You Are

    Pearl Jam = Comatose

    Lost Dogs Disc 1 = Yellow Ledbetter To me, belongs on any list of "best PJ songs".

    Lost Dogs Disc 2 = Fatal Might very well be the most beautiful thing ever to reach my ears.

    Nope I dig it, it's different...and all in all that album is th emost forgetable...I enjoy it mostly while I'm listening to it, but it fades away fast and is forgotten quickly...except for Help, Help. You Are is the best song live though.

    VS - Rearviewmirror (The buildup in this song, and the climax just an AWESOME song to freak out to.)

    Vitalogy - Corduroy (Self explanatory, the song is just fucking great.)

    No Code - In My Tree AND Present Tense (I LOVE both of these songs the same like children.

    Yield - Given To Fly (My favorite song by this band, and I think we have all been there.)

    Binaural - Nothing as it seems (6-11-00 just LISTEN to that performance.)

    Riot Act - I am Mine (This album gets a lot of crap. It has good songs on it.)

    Pearl Jam - Inside Job (What a great sounding song, I can just sit there and chill to this. Mike McCready is amazing.)

    Lost Dogs - Hard to Imagine (Opening with it Night one at the Garden, sent shivers through out my entire body.)
