    Taken with a mobile phone, on the beach yards from my dad's farmhouse in County Mayo, Ireland:

    And here's another sunset, taken from the door of the house. You can see Slievemore mountain, Granuaile's castle and the bay to the beach:

    Not bad for a phone cam! I'll have to invest in a proper camera, for next time I go over.

    Thanks! Its my first post on the new board. Haven't been spending nearly as much time as I would like in the photo threads! That pic was taken from my backyard on one of my many early mornings...which is why I haven't been taking as many pics or posting...I miss checking out everyones goregous pics here! Must make a new goal for 09, yeah...make time to take more pics AND post (new or old pit, the art wall is amazingly fantastic!!!)

    Hi dcfaithful,

    I love the hues of pink, orange and purple you caught in your sunset photo.

    It makes me want to paint Botticelli cherubs on it. It has such an ethereal feel to it. Very nicely done!
    I wish a guy like Eddie, would like me.
