Just saw "Wicked"....

I'm not a huge fan of music theater, but my wife drags me to a couple of shows each year. She took me to see "Wicked" earlier this week, and it was actually pretty good. She's a big Wizard of Oz fan, and it was pretty cool to see how they inter-weaved this back story into the original. Music was decent. Anyone seen it?

    One of my wife's favorite broadway shows...we have tix to an upcoming performance. She even loves the book that it is based on...

    I can't say I like the book, but my wife liked it. Very flowery is the way I'd describe it. But it's a pretty cool idea to go and get the back story.

    I'm reading the third book in the "Wicked Years" right now, "A Lion Among Men". It's just ok, like all the other books I've read by him. For some reason I keep reading them.
