He made an offer to sell vinyl which I accepted, paid (90$), got confirmation he received, promise of goods to ship, and never received anything from him (since November). He continues to ignore my emails and PM's initially requesting the items I paid for and then requesting to simply return my money. No response.

He's been given ample time (months) to respond, explain, or something along those lines. I take his silence to mean I will not be receiving the items I paid for nor the money I paid. If that is the case, he is a detriment to this board and my obligation is warn those who might deal with him in the future.

Do not deal with this guy. Straight up theif.

    Thanks man. I'm not sure these LPs ever existed. Who knows...the guy isnt talking.

    Funny thing is, he logged into the forum yesterday, according to his stats under his username. So: 1) he is alive 2) his fingers work 3) he has an internet connection

    So why dont I hear from him ? hmmmm..... weird :?

    i dunno do you have any other contact info from him? (obviously cause you sent him 90 bucks i would assume through mail) try to file a lawsuit...go to small claims court...

    Well that sucks man. But do you know who is a good seller.......me. I have a 2006 Ireland/UK on ebay right now with zero bids. It's sitting at $0.99 right now. Check it out. (Sorry, I have no where else to put this, and I know it doesn't help your situation man) Good luck with that dude though, I hope you get your cash back.
