Rhapsody/Verizon Cast is restricted by your IP address???

What the? Cause I live in Canada? I won't be able to get thy Pearl Jam Ten tracks.
Software won't work! I keep getting this:

Restricted:
"Use of Rhapsody is restricted by your IP address.
Rhapsody will shut down."

    I'm the only one who's having problems? Only one trying to download the Once track?
