Any Drum Techs out there who can help a guy out?

First off, I'm not really a drummer... but... I recently bought new heads for my snare, bass, and floor tom and I have no idea how to tune them. Any advice? I have a drum key and I want the sound quality to be profound and straight forward; a drum quality like in In My Tree, or anything by Fleet Foxes. And if you're reading this Mr. Cameron, I will give you $10 to come to L.A. and tune my three drums. Thanks.
