    you can buy a visa gift card,but make sure you register it online before you use it.thats what i did.you can get one just about anywhere i.e.drug stores,wall mart

    Paypal issues debit cards with the Visa logo on them if you wanted a more long term solution. You can put money into your Paypal account a few different ways without a credit card like just paying someone cash and then having them transfer the same amount into your Paypal account.
