HTML tags?

Are general PJ users not allowed to use HTML, or am I missing a flag in my Control Panel somewhere??

I wanted to make some headings bold, but the tags didn't change :)
O gifted men, vainglorious for first place,
how short a time the laurel crown stays green

A breath of wind is all there is to fame
here upon earth: it blows this way and that,
and when it changes quarter it changes name.

    some examples are:

    Bold = Pearl Jam
    Italics = Pearl JAm
    Bold + Italics = Pearl JAm

    colour = Pearl Jam

    bold + color + italics = Pearl JAm

    just replace green with red or blue or whatever colour your want

    also quotem e so you can work out what i did
