My pleasure. Also, you could buy a DVD recorder. They're not that expensive anymore. I'm you could find some great deals this time of year.Bubba wrote:Pretty much. Like I have a bunch of shows recorded to my DVR that I would love to transfer to a DVD but I have no clue how to do it.

You have a Motorola Dual tuner DVR issued to you from your cable company, right? I have the same one and they (cable companies in the US) disable most of the ports on that box so we cannot transfer anything off of it to our computers.Bubba wrote:Anyone know how to do this? Yeah I believe there are video cards that will do it but there are also external hardware devices made by Dazzle I believe that can accomplish this.aNiMaL wrote:yeah, that's how I have it connected to my tv and whatnot....
No shit huh....can I get RCA input jacks for my computer????
I still don't think that would allow us to transfer video files across to the computer.????

nice thought but it only allows you to transfer live TV not shows that are already recorded on the DVR.This is your notice that there is a problem with your signature. Please remove it.
