Problem parsing long URLS?

Scroll down to my post with links to guitar pedals. There's one that wouldn't parse and shorten. Any reason?

I've seen that happen before, Finsbury. It probably because the URL was not a standard or typical address. Wrap it with the url vB code and then it should parse.

The bbs puts the spaces in a continual line of characters....and because it wasn't parsing....it threw the spaces in. If you wrap these goofy long URL's with the url vB code you get this:

The link works fine Finsbury.

Cheers! I saw the space but didn't know how to fix it properly. I'll go fix that link on that thread.
