I am trying to renew my membership through the Goods section and when I click on the 10C US Memberships link, the site tells me my cookies are not enabled, but I know that they are. Any ideas?
You can spend your time alone, re-digesting past regrets, oh
Or you can come to terms and realize
You're the only one who cannot forgive yourself, oh
Makes much more sense, to live in the present tense

    How to Access Cookies Settings
To view or modify cookies settings, follow these steps:
    1. In Internet Explorer, click Internet Options on the Tools menu, and then click the Security tab.
    2. Click the Web content zone you want, and then click Custom Level.
    3. Under Cookies, click the options you want, click OK, and then click OK.

you're not the only one. It did that to me at one point too. It has nothing to do with your cookies. Wait a little while and come back. Might even try deleting your current cookies.

How long does it retain a members information. I have not been a member for a while, but was back in the day. Does it retain that old information so I can keep my original membership number OR is there a cut off date?

    Cookies

Ten Club web sites require cookies to be enabled within your browser.

A cookie is a small file or part of a file stored on a World Wide Web user's computer, created and subsequently read by a web site server, and containing personal information (as a user identification code, customized preferences, or a record of pages visited)

By default, most browsers are set-up correctly; however should you encounter errors when attempting to navigate the site, just follow these directions to set up cookies on your browser:

Mozilla Firefox (1.0 final release and earlier)
    Go to the "Tools" menu.
    Select "Options".
Select the "Privacy" icon in the left panel.
Check the box corresponding to "Allow sites to set cookies".
    Click "OK" to save changes.

    Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+
Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
    Click on the "Privacy" tab.
Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down to "Medium") under "Settings".
    Click "OK".

    Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x
Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
    Click on the "Security" tab.
    Click the "Custom Level" button.
Scroll down to the "Cookies" section.
    To enable:
Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" to "Enable".
Set "Allow per-session cookies" to "Enable".
    Click "OK".

    Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x
Select "Internet Options" from the View menu.
    Click on the "Advanced" tab.
Scroll down to find "Cookies" within the "Security" section.
To enable: Select "Always accept cookies".
    Click "OK".

    Netscape 7.1/Mozilla 5.0
Select "Preferences" from the Edit menu.
Click on the arrow next to "Privacy & Security" in the scrolling window to expand.
Under "Privacy & Security", select "Cookies."
    Select "Enable all cookies".
    Click "OK".

    Netscape Communicator 4.x
Select "Preferences" from the Edit menu.
Find the "Cookies" section in the "Advanced" category.
To enable: Select "Accept all cookies" (or "Enable all cookies").
    Click "OK".

You have a one month "grace" period after your membership expires to renew to keep your number, otherwise you get assigned another one.

The website is probably to blame.
It won't even let me add a new address because the province is defaulted to Alberta if you don't put a space in the postal code...a few days ago (for a few days) it wouldn't even show me the goods section, so good luck!
