My computer is running very very slow

For the past few days my computer has been running very very slow. Its takes forever to get on the internet or forever for a window to open. The other day something kept poping up saying "virtual memory too low" I have asked many people what to do and they dont know. Is something open? Do I need to delete something? I dont know, but im sure somebody does........Thanks alot.
I'll be back

Also, when it comes to antivirus DO NOT use Norton or McAfee as they are total memory hogs. Nod32 is hands down the best.

That's always a favorite. I format at least every 3 months. I feel awful for those who can't. I've got some friends who have got some seriously fucked up systems. Won't go near them.
Everyone thinks I can quickly fix it. LOL

Do you not restart often?!? You should at least once a day......that will definitely solve your virtual memory issue.
