Now bloody Internet Explorer won't work!!

I tell ya, I'm gonna fly to India and shove this new package of Norton with the BACKUP that doesn't work, fair up Symantec's bum!!!

    actually. i mispoke.

    i can download it but when i click to open the browser it pops up and says it "connecting".

    it was "connecting" for 10 minutes.

    i've uninstalled and installed it 3 times but it never works.

    I'm confused (easily done), are you saying that loading Norton has screwed your Explorer. Uninstal it and see if that helps. If not your system may be messed up. :(
