I just tried to put a link up to a (non contentious) politics site on A Moving Train but had to go back and add the vb code to activate it, because it didn't work automatically. Anyone else found this problem?

Yes, I have on a couple different boards, including this one. I think it has to do with either not having the http:// in front of the URL, or the URL is in parenthesis. Or, the URL doesn't follow the standard syntax. So, then yeah, you have to vB code it so it hyper links.

Yes, I tried it with and without the http:// and it still played up. But I think you're right, the syntax of the URL looked a bit unorthodox.

    Cheers for replying.
