editing profile

trying to change my avatar, but when i hit the submit button at the bottom of the page, nothing happens.

    I'm having the same issues. I changed my avatar once, and now it won't let me change it to anything else but the default.

    Anyone else? For whatever reason this is not working for me. I feel like an idiot for having tried and failed to change my avatar a solid 20 or 30 times

    I also cannot change mine to a new one. I was able to initially set this one, and I can delete this one and revert back to the default image. But when I try to upload a different one, it reloads this one.

    I have that problem as well, it won't let me change my avatar at all.
    There are still quite a few bugs that have to be worked out! haha...it shall all come together soon enough though. Nice job on everything 10c! :)

    Same problem here. It won't let me change my avatar. Oh well, new site = bugs. They'll fix it.

    It may have something to do with the file size of the new avatar. On many boards, avatars have be below a certain file size.

    The one I have been trying to do is definitely under 100x100 and the maximum size is 30 kB. I can revert back to the default, any of the colors, but when I try to load one, it reverts back to this one, even after I have "deleted" it. Hmmm....

    I've tried to change my goofy picture several times to no avail. Guess I'll live with the smirky photo until the bugs are fixed.

    I have the same problem as you. Def. the size of my avatar is under and now I am stuck with the default and won't let me change...Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

    Same here. I changed mine once and now everytime I try to put a new one in it goes back to the original one I changed it to.

    I'm having to keep it as one of the default ones for now :(
    Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

    ... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

    i can't get pics under 'my pics' to stay loaded. anybody have that problem?

    I am having the same problem, I've uploaded the pic. I did a couple of times, but I can't get them in the PJ box :( . I've even got them loaded onto my screen {not the image box where I want my pic to be} and when I saved to my pics. they disappered :cry: I've sent emails to admin., but have not received any info. on that yet. I don't know what I'm doing wrong :( Help me Pleasssssssssssssse

    Another issue is my post on the old message pit, their over 8500 and I would like that info. transferred to this new message pit. username over the old one is pearljamjewe; thank you!!!!!!!!

    I too am having the same problems, I can't even upload a pic that stays saved, I want something different than the default red PJ star logo...EDIT, in fact I don't even have a pic for my profile, oh woe is me...

    Glad I'm not the only one this is happening to. I was starting to get really frustrated there for a few minutes. Hopefully this bug will be fixed soon...

    My only gripes with the avatar system is when I try to change my avatar. It shows it just fine when I post. When I click on my profile it loads the very first avatar I ever used that I had deleted. Don't even know where it's even pulling the picture from. So basically my avatar on the forum doesn't match the one in my profile. :?
