We cannot see News or Latest Music when logged in here

I thought they pulled those two sections away because I no longer see them. Until I launched with IE and wasn't logged in and saw the sections back. I realized that when I log in they disappear, and when I log out, they return.

Anyone else notice this?

    Try going to your SETTINGS and make sure you haven't Blocked Configuration on those items. It may be saved in a cookie. You can change the settings and/or delete the cookie on that browser. Please report back if this has worked.

    Originally those option under Block configuration were all checked. A few days ago I unchecked them all, and today they still remained unchecked. Before you replied, I already cleared my cookies and cache. Just now, I rechecked all those options, saved that change. Then unchecked them all again, saved the changes. And then cleared cookies and cache again. I still cannot see News and Latest Music when logged in. I can still see them when I am logged out though. This is the same with IE and Firefox, so it must be in my user account somewhere. I wonder if on the back end, they are still showing as checked for me, when on the front end they are showing as unchecked? I dunno. Thanks for your help and nice to see you on the new Pit. :)

    In between all the checking and unchecking and saving, did you test to see if the info appears? It doesn't say that.

    I checked to see if that fixed the problem now after unchecking those options, and clearing cookies and cache and relogging back in (after restarting my browser), that I cannot see those sections.

    You have to CHECK the options to see them, not uncheck them. The language is fuzzy, sorry about that. We'll pass that along.

    That did it! I was unchecking those options. They are now all checked and I CAN see the two missing sections. Thanks Kat. That was my fault for ever unchecking them.
