                    can someone please explain to me how to convert shn files to wav files. and can it be done useing flac fronteD?

            No, to convert .shn files to .wav files you have to use the MKW converter:

Is this because he's running the old FAT32 instead of NTFS?
Do me a favor ledblind....open 'My computer' and right click on your C: drive and go to 'Properties'. Tell me what it says after 'File system:' It should either be FAT32 or NTFS0 -
