If he is cheating on you, one of the first clues may be in your joint checkbook. Why? Financial infidelity often accompanies sexual infidelity, according to Ruth Houston, author of 'Is He Cheating on You? 829 Telltale Signs.'
When a couple has been open and aboveboard about their financial affairs and one of them -- it's usually the man -- suddenly becomes secretive or begins withholding information about spending habits, it can be a big red flag of sexual infidelity. Houston says that financial infidelity occurs in approximately one-third of all committed relationships.

I have read about a non-financial sign of a man cheating, it is counterintuitive, however. You would think a cheating man would want sex less with his wife. But studies have found that cheating men often feel guilty, so there will actually be an increase in sexual activity.To pie I will reply

In my case with my ex I noticed a huge drop in sexual activity and in general distance/coldness. It didn't matter how romantic I tried nothing caught her attention until the other guy's wife busted them.
Then she had to face the music and our 1 year old. I couldn't eat and I lost 20lbs ever since she's wanted me back.

Sorry to hear that. Just love the 1 year old with all your heart. She deserves it, and it will make you feel great. I know the love of my kids has gotten me through some rough times.
I think what you stated is fairly typical for females. Unlike men, they tend to put distance between themselves and their spouse when they are cheating. Now that I think of it, a man paying more attention to his wife due to guilt may have a financial basis after all. Perhaps they fear losing financial resources, so they try to hide the cheating by paying more attention.To pie I will reply

Well there were some other things too, so the only thing I wanted was my daughter. She's now 11, lives with me, thinks she's all grown up and thinks she knows everything. It's been a pleasure and sometimes painful raising her, my #1 love.
Not that I would know but what you've said makes sense that a man would pay more attention. Just so that his actions might not be detected and the many financial losses that might occur later.

Even putting the cheating aside, wouldn't any of those signal that something was wrong in your relationship?
