    right now i have been awake for 42 hours. and when i last slept it was only for a bit over 3 hours.

    its sad , but im used to it. if i do sleep for longer then 3 or 4 hours, i feel like shit when i wake up, and i actually feel even more exahausted the rest of the day.

    about once every 3 weeks or so i wind up crashing for about 8 to 12 hours, then it starts all over again because i will be up for at least 2 days if i sleep that long.

    fuck it. no biggie.

    Last night......DID NOT SLEEP THE WHOLE WAY THROUGH!! I woke up at least six times....WTF???? Now I have a headache and if I take a nap I really will not sleep tonight!! STUPID!!! :(

    i used to be like this myself
    when i was very busy working my
    ass into the ground.

    i'd spend 80-110 hrs a week working. (truckin around)
    many a days would become one big blur.

    and don't forget the partying way back when.
    i think i'd start to hallucinate real good after 3 days of lil to zero sleep.

    I was sleeping pretty good for a stretch not really waking up (what I can remember at least) at all during the night but lately Im back to waking about 3 am and having to try to fall back asleep..it's annoying.

    yeah me too. after my night last night :D i was awake forEVER then after talking to someone beautiful....i fell asleep and slept for HOURS!!! it was the greatest thing ever! i even hadd dreams!!! :D not that im sleeping tonite...... :(

    I slept REALLY good last night!! Thank goodness. I don't think ever sleep five hours straight anymore! :o

    I have some ambien, but last time I took it I saw faces in the ceiling and people in my room with black coats on...weird :eek:
