    When my daughter was a couple of months old we put her in bed and let her cry for a long time. Since then she always goes to bed awake by herself. I see so many kids that have to be babied to sleep every night. I'm so glad we did that. She doesn't take any naps though. She just refuses ever since she was...... one and a half years or something like that.

    Everything changes when they arrive. If you knew me before my daughter was born.....oh man, you would never think of me doing this. My buds still are shocked at the way my life is now. I really love it. But its not for everyone.

    Definitely not in the workout room unless.... have you tried a playpen, one that can be put up anywhere quickly (though my daughter HATED the playpen.. only ever used it a couple of times!). See, she's getting a lot more inquisitive and her own little person a lot more now. Maybe her routine just needs to be changed a bit. Ah.. those were the days! :D:D:D

    well I mean, I don't really eat like that, so I would have to just cook and buy food specifically for the kid. And what if I ended up eating it! I know this because I couldn't handle a boyfriend because you have to eat when you have a boyfriend because THEY want to eat! I gained 40 lbs! It's the same reason I don't think I could handle being married and having someone else's food and eating habits determine mine (and honestly, I fear even dating now). It is not part of the intuitive eating practice. I have really big problems when other people enter my eating arena!

    I hear you on this one! My little guy pulls the no nap thing every now and then (he's 3 now) and it can ruin the day. Especially when he woke me up at 7 am and I'm bleary eyed just waiting to get some sleep. Suck! When mine won't take his nap I just keep going back into his room and telling him to lay down until he finally goes to bed or I give up after a few hours and tell him he has to play quietly in his room so I can do the laundry or take a shower or whatever. I only get to sleep if he's sleeping too!

    I actually tried to breastfeed but the kiddo wouldn't latch on right. She only recently became fascinated with my breasts, I guess. :D

    And I should clarify..just for the sake of my own vanity. ;) They don't look bad or anything...lol. I just think they are maybe a little less firm or something. My husband says it's in my head, though.

    LOL I am sure he is right. My wife says the same to me about her's. She says, "don't look..... they look bad now". I say, "your nuts, they look and feel great, now get over here". :D
