    For people to say that they find short hair attractive is fine and dandy, but that doesn't address the question as to why most men prefer long hair. At least I tried. :p

    Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

    ... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

    When I met my husband I had short hair, and he told me to never grow it out because it was so cute short.. then I did grow it out, and as of now, its extremely long. It's more then halfway down my back. And he says to never cut it.. hahaha.. I guess he likes it either way!

    I don't care if its short,as long as she has a nice rack ,shaves her legs & pits & takes care of herself.

    Exactly, and don't get me wrong, I like feminine women too, I'm not exclusively all about short-haired, androgynous girls :p I sometimes find girls with boyish qualities attractive, not girls that look like feminine men.

    Not trying to throw fuel on the fire, but I prefer medium length hair.

    Hair that is too short just doesn't look good on *most* girls (though I agree that some can wear it well).

    Hair that is too long is just kind of gross to me.

    But nice, straight or curly medium length hair -- up to the shoulders or thereabouts --does it for me.

    I agree with you. Most men and women to me look best in medium lengths. Of course there are many exceptions, but in general I think this is true. My husband likes long hair, but mine doesn't grow long. I like long hair on men, but his goes quite berzerk when grown long. So we compromise with what looks best on us. :)
