I can't understand why I'm not jumping for joy about it. :confused: Ah well.. *shrug*

    Hey Harmless.....
    I think it's all about expectations dude. When we psyche ourselves up about something, it's very difficult for that "something" to live up to those expectations. It's natural to get excited over things - but when you start having pictures in your mind about how it's going to be, it rarely ends up being what your brain had conjured. One of the difficulties for people like us who have tendencies toward depression. I try to have low expectations and then, I'm usually pleasantly surprised! :)

    Hang in there, it'll get better. Sometimes you really have to work at getting it to be as you originally imagined.

    Yeah same here for the last year and a half actually, feeling the same way you're feeling. I'm gonna try to better myself though this summer and beyond. Procrastination can be a bitch! But there seem to be a motivational spark lately for me. :)

    You know what always worked for me in college? Well, not that I have low expectations or anything but I never looked into the whole courses of the work I'm about to get myself into, but instead doing things one at a time. I always managed to stay above level on grades, friends, and work.

    Ever since I finished college, it seems like I've lost all that managements and organization. Probably because of the overwhelming responsibilities I have now.

    God, I miss being a school boy, teen, and college kid. Life was so much easier. :(

    it's good to let it out. I kept the fact that my marriage had gone to shit from my family for 2 months....it was a horrible feeling. And even though it has gotten worse, actually being able to talk about it makes it easier to get through.

    took me a long time to like my latest place. now I love it. sometimes you have to give it a bit to get all your stuff in order, get your own feel into the place.
