  • Beer indeed... I'm currently drinking 'Old Peculier' which I'd never heard of but it's OK.. Not too shabby. Neither is it particularly perculiar. False advertising, I want my money back!

Well yes.. I need to research it thoroughly in order to dismiss it as a counterfeit brand.

I had the pleasure tonight of drinking a bottle of something called King Cobra. If you've discovered the delights of Cobra lager, usualy found down at your local Indian restaurant (or in bottles at Wetherspoons) then, you'll kinda know this. It's 'double fermented' Cobra, and is quite the most pleasant tasting...if indeed strong lager, I've had in a while. Mind, at 8% it needs to be approached with caution :D
    Enjoy your drinkies UH :)
    I came, I saw, I concurred.....

King Cobra is godly. Not a fan of regular cobra (seems a bit wussy :p) but the King is a drink fit for just that. Those huge bottles are amazing too.

I had a Greene's Double IPA yesterday at Wetherspoons as part of their Real Ale Festival. That shit is STRONG. Practically a special brew.
