Ugh! Oh I hate when men pull that mental mind game crap! Blech!
So what happened, did this guy see the sister in law again? Btw, she quit school to let a man support her? niiice.. (edit: Being sarcastic! Of course!)"...like a word misplaced, nothing said, what a waste.."

As someone who is currently struggling with trust issues in marriage, I advise you to be honest immediately--even when it is difficult or seems foolish. Honesty will save you much trouble in the long run. By bringing your sister-in-law's indiscretion to light, you show yourself trustworthy.
My wife has admitted a confusing attraction to another man and has also told me about their interactions at work and how he tries to persuade her to see him outside of the office. It is tough for me to consider the possibility that something could have happened between them, but her forthrightness helps me to see that she is willing to wrestle and struggle through our current problem in order to secure a happy future together.
I can't possibly describe our full situation to give you a complete picture, but I can promise you that--had she chosen not to tell me early and update me frequently--I would have been further crushed and dismayed. At least as it is, I have plenty of hope that she is making efforts to preserve our marriage.
Evidence and confession are always better than hearsay and getting found-out.

That's the part I don't get. Why is it confusing? Attraction is pretty simple phenomenon and there's little confusion about it. That being said, good luck with your wife.Go Get 'Em Tigers!0 -

A strong attraction can be very confusing when you're already devoted to someone else - especially if you don't tell your partner. I think Rhinomagic's wife made an important choice, and luckily for them, it was the right one.Smokey Robinson constantly looks like he's trying to act natural after being accused of farting.0 -

I don't understand why some people don't get the importance of being open with eachother
. I'm sure rhinomagic may have been hurt at first but I'd be well impressed that my spouse trusted me so much to 'confess' something like that.

I'd go so far as to say the fact that she told him about the attraction shows a very strong relationship - she wants to work through it with rhinomagic without denying that it exists. That's a lot of trust for her to put in rhinomagic.Smokey Robinson constantly looks like he's trying to act natural after being accused of farting.0 -

To have a strong relationship should mean you're able to share anything! It may not always be easy but you could keep something like that to yourself, not being able to talk about it to anyone... and then one day it might just get the better of you. A problem shared really IS a problem halved

I've actually been thinking about things like this a lot lately, probably because I've always been pretty insecure in my own relationship, cos of the long-distance aspects and such. But lately I've been realising that if something like this is going to end your relationship, it's going to happen sooner or later - either because of someone cheating, or just a slow misery because of hiding these kinds of secrets.
So being open about it will either strengthen your relationship, or just put a quick end to what would most likely not work out in the end anyway.
I blame the weather for this kind of deep, depressing thought.Smokey Robinson constantly looks like he's trying to act natural after being accused of farting.0 -
I was involved once in something similar with one of my good friends girls. I didnt tell him, just ignored her and her antics.....she was pretty hot too.

That's not confusing. The confusing part is if you want to stay with your current partner or go with the individual in who you are attracted to. If someone whom I was eternally pledged to told me they had a confusing attraction, we'd be having some serious discussions about wtf is so confusing.Go Get 'Em Tigers!0 -
