Sickest Fastfood Creation??

What is the sickest one you have ever tried..I am talking about something made by the fastfood place, as opposed to something you dreamed up while stoned at home!
:)


At OkiDog in Hollywood, their specialty is the Okidog, which is 2 wieners, chilli, cheese and pastrami, all wrapped in a flour tortilla.

My stomache used to be able to handle it, but I wouldn't dare eat one now!

Last year, I stopped there for french fries, and saw a gun fly into the window....a local threw it while trying to avoid the police!

    i would never try it but the pastrami burger from carl's junior looks kind of gross..

    Nope, they dont have those around here but I am sure it cant be any worse than burger kings.......I believe its a burger with a regular slice of american cheese, lettuce and taco sauce inside a taco shell

    Never had the displeasure, but to me it looks like a cat puked up on a plate of fries, then someone grated cheese on it.

    We have these at Sandcastle, a waterpark, here in Pittsburgh. Actually not too bad...especially if u have the munchies! :D
