of losing the 'ugly belly fat that is impossible to shift with crunches....' etc ?
There is always these links telling you what not to do, and that everything you think you know is wrong, and promising you the golden secrets....but obviously they're trying to get some do$h of you for it.
Anyone ever pay up to see what the 'secret' is ?

Exercise is good for you, but to rid yourself of body fat like that its all about the diet. There is a great book called EATING FOR LIFE by Bill... can't remember exactly, but I have it at home and I'll post agian. Its not like a text book, it contains meal plans. It will work for you. I know alot about the subject and this book encompasses basically every concept of doing it the natural way, which is the best way. It does require time and eating alot of food, but its not torture at all.bombs, dropping down, please forgive our hometown0

I've read that being sliightly overweight will actually help you fight a cold, as the immune system uses that "reserve" as fuel to launch a counter-attack.0

no secret....just try to kill yourself slowly through exercise and food denial....Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.

I don't deny myself food bud, I just stopped deriving pleasure from stuffing too much of it into me, which is simply what most of us do.
I still eat plenty, just the right things, and I feel great for it :cool:I came, I saw, I concurred.....0 -

If you'd watched Boyz in Da Hood you'd know it's drive-BY shootings. There is a subtle distinction. By the way, what is your obsession with the Simply Red guy? Is it redheads in general you have contempt for, or just the British versions of Michael Bolton? How ironic would that be living in Scotland?0 -

i know what i meant... comebackgirl (which is quite a saucy username thinking about it) said they have drive-thru everything in the US.. and as i know they have drive-by shootings i thought it'd be funny if they had drive-thru shootinsg to tie in with the whole 'drive-thru' theme of the conversation... keep up next time will you
i love red headed women funnily enough.. i just loathe Dick Fucknall... its his hair, voice, wee fat face, his podgy belly and ruby on his tooth.oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.0 -

There's probably some parts of the country where you can drive through k-mart, pick up some ammo and shoot at the clerk while you do it
