of losing the 'ugly belly fat that is impossible to shift with crunches....' etc ?
There is always these links telling you what not to do, and that everything you think you know is wrong, and promising you the golden secrets....but obviously they're trying to get some do$h of you for it.

Anyone ever pay up to see what the 'secret' is ?
I came, I saw, I concurred.....

  • Exercise is good for you, but to rid yourself of body fat like that its all about the diet. There is a great book called EATING FOR LIFE by Bill... can't remember exactly, but I have it at home and I'll post agian. Its not like a text book, it contains meal plans. It will work for you. I know alot about the subject and this book encompasses basically every concept of doing it the natural way, which is the best way. It does require time and eating alot of food, but its not torture at all.

you're asking for dietary tips... on a board comprised mainly of americans?

    ;)
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

I've read that being sliightly overweight will actually help you fight a cold, as the immune system uses that "reserve" as fuel to launch a counter-attack.

People who moderate their weight and remain at a certain slenderness live longer. Much longer.

  • no secret....just try to kill yourself slowly through exercise and food denial....
Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.

I don't deny myself food bud, I just stopped deriving pleasure from stuffing too much of it into me, which is simply what most of us do.
I still eat plenty, just the right things, and I feel great for it
