Incorrect....DSN was the best. Voyager would contend for the silver medal.Rygar wrote:DSN blew. I'll be honest, I liked the Star Wars prequels better than the originals. And I grew up a Star Wars fan.
The best movie ever, hands down, is 2001 A Space Odyssey. The story is extremely deep, the effects still look good 40 years later, and it pretty much made every sci-fi movie before it look ridiculous.I love my female wife...

I now know one more movie that doesn't belong on this list..."Mission to Mars"....what an all-star cast in a turkey of a movie.....watched on Encore last night....wish I had that hour or so back. :rolleyes:All the world will be your enemy, Prince with a thousand enemies, and whenever they catch you, they will kill you. I can't stand the three new ones. I even like Return Of The Jedi better than any of them. To each their own though.Pearls&Stones wrote:I'll be honest, I liked the Star Wars prequels better than the originals. I saw it in the perfect situation...on the big screen, in my hometown, for free, with Keir Dullea in attendance...I still didn't love it as many folks do. While I thought some scenes were amazing, overall I find it overrated. My favorite Kubrick film is Dr. Strangelove: Or How I Learned To Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb. You see me empty, Sir, do not pause and inquire, simply assume and refill.
