    Happens all the time in Boston. We have the worst drainage ever. It's not even fair to call it drainage as it more seeps slowly away.

    Gotta watch out for that in NYC to be sure.

    The other one that is probably even grosser, is on a rainy day in the city like today, and you are walking through the subways in grand central, etc, and a huge wet drip from the ceiling comes down and hits you right smack on the top of the head. Its like you can't wait to get some where to start wiping.
