And I had heard of Lush but had never been to a store or their website. Just went to the website and am planning my order! LOL!!! And there is one fairly near me too. At the Galleria in MO. I may have to go there, but should probably wait until February when I get my tax refund!
I'm a huge fan of Body Shop mindi. I have their aloe vera moisturizer, shea body lotion, all the fruit soaps, several of the body butters and I use their Ginger Scalp Shampoo and the Honey Conditioner. Oh and their Peppermint feet range is awesome! Actually I love most of their stuff. The lip balms too!And I also love that they don't test on animals, they frequently run campaigns for the environment and on social issues, and you can return your packaging to them for recycling. Oh and they don't use any petroleum products. Yeah, I love Body Shop.

Jeanie wrote:No! I was the same Hels. Got all kinds of allergic reaction walking past the place and used to do it real quick with my hand over my nose and mouth and hold my breath till I got passed it other wise I'd start sneezing and my eyes would water. I'm not finding it quite so bad now. I still don't go in there much, but I can walk past without holding my breath. Don't know if they've got less smelly or I've just become accustomed to it.
We have some "dead sea" products here, I'm not sure of the brand name though. I'll have to suss it out. Thanks.
Seriously... try ahava and you won't be disappointed... I think there are places in australia where you can buy. It may be slightly expensive but it's not completely ridiculous prices and it's soooooo worth it. I'm gonna start ordering online. The Astoria??? Orgazmic!

I just now seen this.
In all seriousness how does one add pics here?
Thank you, Chad
You really need to have an online photo album that you have uploaded your photos into and then post the URL. Just make sure you post the pic link and not the album so people can't go in and mess about with it. That is about as tech savvy as I get :P
Jeanie, you can get all those things done with laser.0 -

another tip:
liquid eyeliner. LOVE it. always have.
and i never, ever, ever...brush my hair. yikes! i am a curly-head. brushing=bad! i comb my hair ONLY when wet...and with a wide-tooth comb.
Yes on both the liquid eyeliner I LOVE IT, and MAC's gels that work like a liquid. Benefit also has a pot that works like liquid as well. All are good.
I never brush either. It only makes hair frizzy! For wet, combed hair Charles Worthington mousse is a GODSEND.bugs in the way...I feel about you

I'm not sure if it's having any effect yet, I guess I'll have to wait a little while and see what happens.
LOVELY name. Shouldn't the effect be immdiate? I use Benefit's Oh la la lift during the day. Seems to help a bit with the puffy bags under my eyes.bugs in the way...I feel about you

Charming isn't it?
Yeah, so there was no immediate effect, and I'd go so far as to say that this morning when I woke up my eyes were puffier! So I don't know that it helped at all! I'll give it another go, but at this stage I'm not impressed.NOPE!!!

Well they aren't giving it away but it is more long term than say waxing. Just make sure you go to a good, reputable clinic. I am sure you would but you know...0 -
i shop sephora quite a bit. some things i can;t live without: paula dorf's "transformer"- turns my favorite bronze eye shadow into a waterproof, move-proof eyeliner (tip: bronze shadow/liner makes blue eyes POP); nars blush in "deep throat"
; bare minerals foundation; clinique pore minimizer. i never change these items, but i play around with everything else. i'm a total makeup whore.

Benefit has one that does that too and it comes with a pallet of 12 colors. It's pretty cool 'cause i used it with all my eye shadows.
Sephora is dangerous, but I've recently discovered Ulta. I love that place.bugs in the way...I feel about you

Jeanie wrote:Well so far so good. Seems to be making the little capillaries less and so the redness is going away jb. Not completely but I can see a difference, which is great! And I can vouch for Vitamin E too. I used that on a really bad burn years ago, it was full thickness and went right down to the flesh and Mum mixed powdered vitamin E with water and then soaked gauze in the solution and applied it to the burn several times a day. I think the scarring is much better than it would have been had we not and it did seem to heal quicker because of it. I still have a small scar but it's barely visible. I still pierce a Vitamin E cap and squeeze it onto injuries now and occassionally onto my face too. I think it works.
Can't help so much with the stretch marks although I know people who swear by Palmer's Cocoa Butter products.

So far so good with the cocoa butter. I still have a long way to goThere's the moon asking to stay

Yeah it's important to spray on some kind of heat protectant. Yeah Im not too sure about spending over 100 dollars for a flat iron. These cuts are leaving creases. Trace the scars to fit the pieces, to tell the story, you don't need to say a word.0 -

Yeah, hehe!Coz you're really gonna subject your nether regions to some fruit loop with a laser!
I think my podiatrist has a whole bunch of other services including hair removal, so I might check that out next time I'm there. Maybe I could surrender my armpits first? See if I can cope with that! Coz I don't think it sounds like it's gonna be much fun! Plus, would have to be cheaper having your pits done and way less embarrassing than dropping your pants for a stranger!NOPE!!!

Well maybe try that thing with the Vitamin E caps on the stretch marks too, but perhaps check with your doctor first. I wouldn't want to be giving you advice that could mess with the precious cargo!NOPE!!!
