I haven't had a migraine in over 2 months now... KNOCK ON WOOD!


(First time in years I haven't had a migraine every 2 weeks or so!)

    really?? awesome.. Have you been working out? Because the only think different in my life is my crazy work out schedule, and I was like, could it be that?

    I have been working out, but that's not really new. That has never had an impact on my migraines. The one thing that has changed is that I've started taking an Omega 3 supplement. My brother told me that he hasn't had a full-blown migraine in 2 years, since he started taking them. I was skeptical, but I finally tried it and, to my huge surprise, I haven't had a migraine since May. I don't know if it's a fluke, or a coincidence, or what....but I normally have a migraine with my period every month. So I'm really hoping there's something to this, because migraines suck!!!

    i've started taking a bunch of supplements also (D vitamins, B vitamins, Iodine, multi-vitamin, fish oil, etc)
    and i've cut out MSG and as many preservatives as possible and my migraines are sooooooooooooo much better!!
    wooooohooooo!!
    still deal with the pms ones tho.

    anyway... hope you all stay migraine-free...
