doesnt that tell the person the mood you're in, is , odd, off, not normal for you, not happy, not sad, not angry, but just odd?

agree...it's like no exact word/s can describe something or, per example, the mood you are in...what is essential is invisible to the eye

Words like indescribable are what are known as "reverse adjectives."0

Yes, as is the word 'non-descript'.
