amazing dallas won that last night...thought for sure the skins would score more than one touchdown.

They really went downhill after that first drive.

yes. and a 100% portis would have been trouble. romo had some very errant throws last night...hopefully that finger continues healing. and TO needs to catch more passes for longer than 2 yds...good way for him to get injured.
I love to turn you on
  • Nice!
They really needed this win, obviously.
Team looked much better, although someone should tell Flo that penalties are bad.
Romo looks like he back to being Romo....interception-yes (1 wasn't his fault), couple bad passes-yes.....Shovel pass- yes!, making something out of nothing-yes!, Smiling-yes!, no sack-yes! (thanks to Kozier).
Ratliff was nasty, Witten is back, Newman played well with an int,Bennett with one hell of a catch, Austin made some key plays, Barber was a beast
Once F.Jones comes back they should be even better.

They just need to play every game like it could be their last and not take teams for granted. I think it's possible to go 12-4 although 11-5 seems more realistic as I doubt the Giants are going to lay down even if the game doesn't matter
If a man speaks in a forest and there is no woman around to hear him, is he still wrong?

i'm willing to bet the cowboys will beat the giants bigtime... will probably be a blowout.... it's the playoffs where the giants will kick the cowboys ass again... unfortunately.
This isn't the land of opportunity, it's the land of competition.

That will happen when your team doesn't know the rules of the game.

The 'Niners are no push over, I see another tough game coming.

haha, tie games. WTF. I knew they existed in the NFL (you too McNabb, right?) but I still think it's crap. a tie is like kissing your sister.

    anywaysssssss

Cowboys got 49ers this week, it's time for Tony to get into a rhythm now with all his receivers and backs. let's start getting some MO for a playoff run. it started Sunday and needs to continue. I'm pumped.

I guess Patrick Crayton is the #4 receiver now. Did he even have a catch?

    I trust Miles Austin more.

They are roasting McNabb & Reid on the radio the past two days around here. Even my g/f who barely watches football knew the game was finished after the OT, granted I do think they should have a better system, but not the NCAA one, but c'mon, a 10-11yr veteran in the league doesn't know there is only one overtime then tries to turn the blame on the NFL by his comment about "hate to see what happens in the playoffs or the Super Bowl".

Anyway....just got done booking my flight and everything else for my trip down for the last game in Texas Stadium.....not looking like they will get a home playoff game..LOL....can't wait go.

Well never fucking mind because Miles Austin is now out 2-4 weeks with a sprained knee ligament. This offense has not played one game with everyone healthy!

I am trying to get tickets for the 49ers game and take my 10 year old. Probably the last time I see a live Cowboys game because I won't be able to afford to step foot in the new stadium.

Let me know when you get in, maybe we can meet up for a drink or something.

I know. And as far as the Eagles go, welcome to the Cowboys circa 1999-2000. End of an era, on the downhill side, and time to rebuild. It sucks.

  • Dammit!!!!!, Felix Jones out for season

The Cowboys’ worst fears about Felix Jones’ toe injury have been confirmed: The dynamic rookie running back will undergo surgery to repair a torn ligament beneath his left big toe and will miss the remainder of the season.

Jones suffered the injury while rehabbing his partially-torn hamstring. He went through light individual drills in practice Wednesday while the team tried to determine his physical limitations.

Additional tests taken Monday were evaluated this morning by Dr. Robert Anderson, a foot and ankle specialist based in Charlotte. The Cowboys’ medical staff, with input from Dr. Anderson, decided surgery was the best option for Jones’ long-term health.

    Much more to come.

one broken oar doesn't bring a ship to a halt. not when you have 52 other oars at least.
Rookie Tashard Choice will get some invaluable experience out of this, something that will certainly help in the future. unfortunate news though.

getting injured while rehabbing, OH THE IRONY.
