Question about "TEN" vinyl

I was wondering how rare it is to find a sealed vinyl of "Ten". The reason I'm asking is I just left my local record store, and what do you know, right there up front of "new arrivals" of vinyl was a sealed version for $15. Just curious...

    Going for 19.99 CDN in Toronto. The guy in the record shop says they are easy to get.

    $15 sounds about right. i see the 180 gram sell for a little more though, usually around $29.99.
