yikes! you might want to consider a visit to the doc, not keeping water down is a bad sign. i always feel ripped off when i puke, like i lost good money on whatever food/drink i had. or perhaps i'm just that cheap lol

and i don't know why i watch creepy shit late at night by myself, have destination truth on now and it's spooky as fuck. but the host is hot, so there's that silver lining haha

gah, that sucks about the insurance....it's ridiculous that there isn't nationalized health care here, i was just talking with my dad about it earlier this evening when i visited him and my mom. he was telling his brothers in spain about how much he has to pay for insurance and they looked at him like he was an alien lol just unheard of everywhere else!

dunno if alcohol is gonna help the situation any, if you have any 'herbal' remedy accessible *nudge nudge wink wink*, perhaps that would be better....settles the tummy, opens the appetite, and helps ya sleep
