What's with that?
And wearing dark glasses indoors, at night?
I can't figure that out, either.
Some people even go for the hat and dark glasses combo. What's all that about?
I mean, when Thelonious Monk did it, it was okay. He was as mad as a spoon. But anyone else? ...

I can forgive a person who has a medical reason for wearing dark glasses indoors, at night. However, if the person is just trying to be "cool", I want to either yell at him for his low self-esteem or smack him upside the head, thus knocking off the glasses.

It's also okay if you're Chino Moreno or Jeff Ament. Double standards, I know but what can you do, eh?0 -

pineapplesandwaves wrote:I recently heard that colour tinted sunglasses help people with migraines. All these years, people have been giving Bono a hard time for trying too hard to look cool, and the poor guy's been suffering migraines.
I actually saw Bono at a restaurant in New York and his glasses were laying on the table in front of him. I think this proves that he indeed wants to look cool. But you know what? He's pretty fucking cool so he can do whatever the hell he wants in my book.one foot in the door

Studies show that It in fact suffocates your brain and makes you stupid.
There are outwardly visible signs to back this up as well..Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.
