PissBottleMan will say that Wyatt Earp was the better film and I will say he is wrong. ;)

I also will say Wyatt Earp was the better film. :)

And you can also say that I'm wrong too. LOL

It's okay, you're from Wisconsin, I don't hold that against you either. ;)

    seriously? yes.
I wasn't crazy about it the first time I saw it because I was expecting it to be....I hate to use this word....light hearted, like Tombstone. Nope, Tombstone was not corny but it romanticized the life of Wyatt Earp and The Shootout at the OK Corral. Wyatt Earp is a more of an accurate historical depiction of his life. I love both movies for their different depictions of the characters.

You seriously should sometime. lol :)

Here is why I like it. It tells the whole story on how Wyatt became a lawman. Dennis Quaid as Doc does a great job. He's not Val Kilmer but actually both did a great job. I remember reading that Quaid lost over 60 pounds to play the part. More then he was suppose to.

It's a long ass movie. Kinda a pattern for a Kevin Costner movie. But I really like it. I'm one of the few on here. But hey I have to stand my ground on this one. :D

I'm with you on this too!

Yes, Quaid lost that much weight for the movie and had to sit down between filming scenes as he was so weak from starving himself for the role.

He is super thin in the movie. I heard after he was done shooting. He went and ate 4 hot fudge sundaes. lol

Come on...Quaid nailed the role. Kilmer was good, but Dennis owned the part.

I think this is just a ruse to get me to watch the whole thing sometime. It has Costner, how good could it be? :)
