    Meat fat = white
    Poultry fat = yellow

    People fat = closer to yellow than white

    Once on TV they showed a liposuccion procedure. The doctor used a clear tube and the stuff going into the biohazardous materials can was definitely yellow.
    Gruesome procedure. You'd think they were digging for the fat before vaccuming.
