Friendly Chickadees

This was something cool that happened to my girlfriend (Born.Mine.Die) and I.

We were at a bird sanctuary and I held out my hand to be goofy in a picture, and a little chickadee landed on it. We figured out what food they liked, and they were all over us. Anyways, thought I'd share. It was cool. Here is a little vid:

    Reminds me of Paris ... my girlfriend and I were there this past summer, and right outside of Notre Dame, I snapped this pic ... little girl who was quite the bird feeder ....

    They do the same thing in the bird sanctuary in Amherst. One crapped on my hand once.

    Good ole' Black-capped Chickadees.......they did the same thing when the wife and I visited a park in Halifax....back when PJ played there. Great little birds.

    Great video!!! I tried to train my backyard crew to do that, and a few did start taking seed from my hand, but then I got lazy.... now I just fill their feeders and go back in to my warm house and watch them from the window!
